Auto-apply & control
Not unless you tell it to. Pause-for-review is on by default: the agent fills everything it confidently can, then stops on anything subjective or sensitive and ends with a final submit confirmation you control. On Ultimate you can optionally switch on hands-off autopilot for roles you trust it with — but that's entirely your call, and reversible anytime.

It drafts a suggested answer and drops it into your review queue. You edit or approve it, and the session resumes. Approved answers to recurring questions are remembered so you don't repeat yourself.
If you enable the optional forwarding inbox, verification codes can be matched and routed back to the paused session automatically. Otherwise it pauses and waits for you.
Privacy & AI keys
By default, ApplyMagik's built-in AI does the work, covered by your plan's monthly token allowance. As an optional add-on ($4.99/mo on any plan, included on Ultimate) you can connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini key — then the AI runs through your account, your data is governed by your provider's terms, and you only pay your provider for tokens. Keys are encrypted at rest and revocable anytime.
No. We don't train models on your data and we don't sell it — on any plan. If you add your own key, retention is additionally governed by your provider account.
